Day by Day

I always work out of uncertainty but when a painting's finished it becomes a fixed idea, apparently a final statement. In time though, uncertainty returns... your thought process goes on. -Georg Baselitz
Uncertainty is the only certainty there is, and knowing how to live with insecurity is the only security. -John Allen Paulos

Uncertainty only leads to a better reason to trust in you. Where are you taking me oh Lord? why?

SO I really had to use the bathroom today
After my chinese final, I was walking to the bus stop holding my empty nalgene when I realized that going to the bathroom would be a very good idea. The problem occurs here - the bus comes in 3 minutes but the closet bathroom would take me at least 5 minutes. What would you do?
Well, as most other lazy students who really wanted to go back home after a long day of school, I decided to take a risk and board the bus hoping and praying that I would last the 15 minute ride back to my dorm.
Recently in life major decisions have arose with the deadline quickly approaching. Although I have given these decisions much thought, I still have not been able to come to a complete decision. After going to a fellowship retreat I realized that I was looking for God in all the wrong places - I was waiting for a miracle, for a obvious sign, or for him to just bluntly tell me what to do. Well we should not expect God to always give us an easy answer.
SO in conclusion, I am going to board that bus again and pray, hope, and trust in Him that he will come through in the end, even if it is last minute.
